Our client is a well-established private practice in the Inner West who is looking to add another clinician to their team of Psychologists and Mental Health Social Workers. This role has a unique level of flexibility with a room being available anywhere from 2 to 5 days per week, a fully (and we mean fully ) tailored caseload, and lucrative contracting arrangements with higher rates for evening and weekend work. Take home a minimum of 60% of session fees super, with lucrative evening and weekend rates. Collaborate during a monthly peer support session where all clinicians can come together to discuss cases, raise any concerns, and generally catch up with the rest of the team. Your Duties will Include: Collaborating with the wider team to promote informal peer supervision. Seeing a minimum of three clients per day, with no maximum Being pro-active with the sharing of ideas and working with the rest of the team. Requirements/ Skills: Accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker with AASW Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic intervention, with clinicians experienced in EMDR, IFS and Gottman being held in high regard.
